Nuvve is mentioned twice in the Klima100 report from Realdania in Denmark. The Klima100 report showcases municipalities that have gone through innovative projects to better the environment. Nuvve has significant installations on the island of Bornholm where municipal services use electric vehicles for their daily operations linked to bidirectional vehicle-to-grid (V2G) chargers. Another Nuvve installation at Frederiksberg Forsyning close to Copenhagen,  provides grid services to the Danish grid with a fleet of 10 Nissan e-NV200 which are used by their technicians.

By providing V2G services, not only does Nuvve contribute to lowering C02 emissions replacing polluting power plants that traditionally stabilize the grid, but by sharing revenues, Nuvve contributes to lower the cost of ownership of EVs for these municipalities. More installations are planned in the coming months, helping Denmark increase their renewable mix of energy on the grid. Municipalities are leading the way in this roll out today.
