Today, Oxford City Council, Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks, and the U.K. government announced Project LEO (Local Energy Oxfordshire) which will develop a new model for the way in which local energy systems in Oxfordshire are managed and measured. Oxford is attempting to become U.K.’s first zero emissions city by testing several energy infrastructure improvements including electric vehicle (EV) charging stations being installed throughout the city to power large fleets.

Nuvve will be providing vehicle-to-grid (V2G) aggregation services to the project.
